You could quite well be right, because I didn't notice that Moody had an accent at all. I usually don't register Mid-Ulster/northern Hiberno-English or RP, but then I mightn't pick up on Ulster-Scots or whatever Scots dialect resembles it most closely, in a film like GoF where there are so many accents floating around.
