A day of rest and worship is still neccessary under the covenant of grace--it's what's called a creation ordinance, ie it predates the Levitical law. Anyway, one needs a regular rest , and one-seventh of the tie seems to work rather well. Was it after the Russian revolution that they tried to intoduce a 10-day week and everyone got overworked? Or was it the French?
