The talking head on the Knight Bus was great.

There was a wizard in Leaky Caldron reading A Brief History of Time!! (Physics geek squee! Tell me I really saw that!)R/Hr: "Along with the dung beetle." Squee Ron!! She calls him 'Ronald'! Ginny is cute. Bonnie Wright is getting really pretty. I liked the Indian family with the pipe. Could that have been the Patils? It would ROX for Parvati and Padma to have a little brother.
The Weasleys' Egypt photo was lovely: Ron in a Arab sheet-like outfit! (Does anyone have a still of that? I want it.) Percy and the floating teapot!
Crookshanks hissing at the Dementor was cool. Boo to no Ginny and Neville in the train though. The choir, as well as their toads, had a bodhran!
Nice scene with the boys making like animals in the dorm. I liked that Ron got the lion. See, he is brave!

It really looks like it's set in Scotland! The lake is actually a loch, and the castle has crow-stepped gables and three rows of windows in the roof (Is it actually a Scottish castle where they filmed it?)

Neville=teh cute. Why were there so many Gryffs in Divination, or was there another house? And why do they seem to have all their classes with the Slytherins? Hand-grabbing!!!!! *heeee*
Draco is a big wuss (Buckbeak scene) Pansy is very pretty. She looks like a young Natalie Portman! (Anyone seen Leon?) Was it my imagination, or has Draco's accent improved a little? (Meaning more RP and less Sarf London. I always hear Draco in my head as very upper class, properly spoken. Anyone else agree?)
Harry riding Buckbeak was fun. For the first time I felt sad for BB; he seemed much more real.

Neville is sooo sweet. Poor little woobie in DADA. Parvati fears snakes! Remus' moon was too obviously a moon though. They'd have to be dumb not to spot that he's a werewolf after that.
Aw, the kiddies going to Hogsmeade in mufti! Hermione's outfit wasn't too bad there or on the train actually; the pink hoodie was the worst of the bunch.
That bridge is weird. Was it always there? I wonder what that Remus/Lily backstory was? (I always thought they might have gone out in school. I'm not saying that it has to be a romance, just that they had a certain connection that wasn't there with, say, Sirius.)

Ahah Ginny! The Fat Lady looks like Crystal Gamgee drew her in Photoshop (HER HED IZ PASTEDE ON YAY!) Dumbledore's nails are filthy! Hogwarts' front door is very impressive. Dementors converging on Hogwarts chilling.
Ceiling of the Great Hall wrong. Galaxies too big. Meant to look like actual outside sky. (Astrophysics geeky moment) Dumbledore's line about dreams was cheesy.

I like that wee island in the loch, with the pines. Also Hedwig flying from autumn to winter.
That clox tower ROX. Was it always there? (I suppose it's a clever idea to focus on it in PoA where the denouncement depends on time.)

It's a bit stupid of Harry to be invisible in snow! But the adults were more sensible than in the book, talking in a private room. Did McG. say that Peter tagged after Sirius, not James and Sirius??

Poor angry sad woobie Harry. He shouldn't cry though. Harry doesn't cry that easily. Hermione going up to him was sweet (I'm surprised he wasn't angrier at her though.)
The music of Harry and Lupin in the office with the floating balls was like the younglings and Yoda scene in AotC!!! (cross-fandom squee!)

Ron's spider nightmare--awww. 'You tell those spiders, Ron!' So lovely.
'I'm a sleepwalker.' I love that line. Lupin was a little more cross than I'd imagined him , especially considering Harry wasn't outside the castle this time, but not too bad. (I'd heard he yelled.)
Pettigrew discovered too soon--makes Lupin look even more culpable than the book (I suppose like the moon boggart, this was to make thing clear to Joe Filmgoer.)

Harry=Seer! With Sirius in the crystal ball. Hermione's tantrum wasn't loud enough.

*hee* at Ron saying 'He's not worth it' to Hermione. If she hit Malfoy that hard her hand would be sore. Who's that thin boy that's not Crabbe or Goyle? Could it be the elusive Nott?

Oooh Buckbeak. Poor Hagrid. Ooh, Ron's yelling 'Harry, help!' LOL at Hermione getting swung round on the branch! She's wearing blue gutties! Adidas, I think. Rubber soles anyway. Oh, she fell on top of him. Wait till the insane H/H-ers start on that one...
murphlemurplf stole Ron's line muurphle. Pettigrew is too ugly, but I suppose he matches Remus and James. Heh at Harry's nicking Hermione's wand out of her pocket! And Ron grabs her arm...aw. LOL at Ron mugging up for sympathy, just like Draco and Pansy.
Okay, what's the point of grabbing hold of Remus and begging him not to change? Duh Sirius. Werewolf too unwolf like. Even Pettigrew should have had no trouble telling the difference! Harry really doesn't know when to quit, does he?

I like the look of the Time Turner. And Hermione slapped his hand, LOL! Poor Ron...but at least Hermione apologised to him. Okay, they're really cutting it a bit fine fossicking about in the pumpkin patch. 'Is that what my hair looks like from the back?' indeed! Good work Hermione and the ferrets (nice dead ferrets, Beaky!).

Waaah Hermione's stupid werewolf call. They seem to be in the same bit of the FF as where Harry and Ron met the Acromantula in CoS.
I don't think we saw enough of Prongs-the-Patronus. And did it ever say that James was a stag Animagus? Not enough was explained about the Animagi altogether.

Ah, Remus is a tidy packer. Not like Tonks. :-D Why on earth is Harry only getting the Firebolt now? What's he been playing on all year? Aren't they going back on the train?

I liked it better than PS or CoS. Everything seemed more solid and less fairy-tale (especially the castle itself). I think having the kids in their own clothes more didn't hurt it any. And even Hermione's hair wasn't as blonde as I'd feared it might be. She was still a bit super!Hermione like. And I wish RuRon didn't make those scared faces. They annoy me. What came across very well was the Trio friendship. Though I wasn't scunnered at those little hints of R/Hr tension either. *wink, nudge* All the Harry and Sirus interaction were so sad in the light of OotP. A house in the country where he can see the sky...sniff. Poor little Harry.
