Rose is much more confident in this series—questioning a werewolf, organising everyone's escape.
I love this new aspect of Rose. It really showed when the werewolf looked up and everyone else started cringing; Rose just stared straight back at it, not like she wasn't at least a little scared, but like, I've been held hostage by an invading fleet of Daleks, I'm not going to faint just because your eyes are weird. It wasn't just that she asked questions, it was that she asked the right questions, and made the right moves, and then gave the Doctor lip for not getting there earlier. She wasn't a wilting flower in the first series, but she was hampered by her lack of experience. Now she's got the experience, she just gets on and gets things done, Doctor or no. Quite a change from TCI, but she had good reasons for being a bit confounded there.
