owl: Stylized barn owl (lonely god)

I watched T&C again yesterday night. I think I enjoyed it more without the narrative pressure (the 'what happens next?!' factor). I don't really have much more to say about the episode itself, but I have decided one thing: I love love love Ten now, from his floppy hair to his white gutties. I was hopeful in the gap between series, a bit disappointed by him in TCI, annoyed by Cass!Doc, but now I'm in love. Hubris, you say? Huh, that's nothing new. We love him anyway.

Oh, we're going to school this Saturaday. If Ten had gone to Hogwarts, he would totally have been a Ravenclaw. Faced with a howling, newly-transformed werewolf, a Slytherin will be running away as fast as possible, possibly already evolving a Cunning Plan to deal with it, or, even better, getting someone else to deal with it. A Hufflepuff will also be running, but organising the evacuation of everyone else as well. A Gryffindor will be making a Heroic Last Stand, if necessary. The one boggling and going, "That's beautiful!" is a Ravenclaw. Also, the books thing, and the undying curiosity. I'd say he has a good deal of Slytherin as well, but mostly Ravenclaw.

A couple of things about the preview clip:
-Sarah Jane perhaps hasn't heard 'the Doctor' mentioned. So she's all, *polite smile at enthusiastic young man*, while he's like *boggle* *squee* *incoherence*
-The Doctor's cry of 'K-9!!' is incredible cute.
-Mickey, for heaven's sake just get in the TARDIS and stop hauling us back to Powell Estate Junior High
-It's very odd how 'knowledge way beyond planet Earth', always has nifty graphic simulations that run perfectly on Windows XP. Happens in all sorts of films and TV. And the computer never even crashes.
