I don't think Elizabeth's got a thing for Jack, really. He clearly wants up her skirt (er... in her pants), but I think it's a one-way thing. She just knows how to get what she wants.
I really didn't like what they did with Norrington (or Jack, for that matter, because I felt like they made him far more selfish than he was in PotC1), but Will came off well. I liked his costumes-- very dapper. The voodoo lady was pretty awesome too, and so was the monkey.
I don't know, though. Overall, I really don't think this one measures up to its predecessor. I feel like I went in hoping for ESB and got The Matrix: Reloaded instead.
