I think that's just Don though; because he's quiet and thinks more than he talks, doesn't mean he doesn't believe it. (Whereas Charlie's life is a doomed quest to talk exactly as much as he thinks.)
Well, they arrested Jr, so I imagine he'd be tried for the murder of the psychiatrist and the cop wouldn't get away scot free.
