owlMam fell down some steps and sprained her ankle while giving out invitations to a talk on bereavment at the church next week. We say she is bereaved of her left foot.
I had to cook dinner which caused some conflict, as I wanted to cook it my way while she shouted out instructions for her way from the sofa. Actually if it had been entirely up to me it would have been that trusty student standby, pasta, rather than chops and spuds and three veg.
