Okay, it's really weird to have a new Doctor.

So Rose is traumatised, the Doctor has a really bad case of Gallifreyan indigestion (well that's what it looks like), and he's taken to bouncing around madly and pulling the TARDIS apart. Hmmm.
I can definitely see the familiar #9 showing when he was talking to Rose about their meeting, but the manic bouncing is a bit weird. I prefer him when he's being cute to being crazy.

I didn't hear all of it properly, and my brotherd and [livejournal.com profile] elerrina_amanya grumbled loudly at having to watch Madonna prancing about beforehand, even with the sound turned off. Can it be Christmas now, please?

Planning to go and see GoF film tomorrow. [livejournal.com profile] elerrina_amanya saw it yesterday, oh, envy, envy.

ETA: I'd forgotten what fun Doctor Who fandom was, as everyone in the country turned off their televisions and ran to LJ simultaneously. Have to love it.

It's streamed on the BBC website here (http://www.bbc.co.uk/pudsey/appealnight/doctor_who_special.shtml) if you want to rewatch.

Yeah, I'm going to post it in my next batch of icons, but you can take it now. No idea where I got the pic from, I'm afraid.

When you wrote this, it wasn't exactly yesterday. It was very early today...which is now yesterday, of course :) Hard to believe, actually.
