The AFI didn't put LUKE SKYWALKER on their 100 years of Film Heroes!!! I mean, Luke Skywalker!! See sunshyndaisies's journal for further ranting. *scowl*

Well, considering how much Hollywood tends to dis Lucas, I'm pleased that even one SW character made it on the countdown, let alone three (plus Indy). And one of those was Vader (Hayden interview! :D), so I wasn't about to contest that. ;)

But Luke just seems like a given. He's the guy almost any boy growing up in the late '70s - 80s wanted to grow up to be, right? I adore Han, but if they'd had to choose one of the Trio to be on the countdown, Luke should have been it.
