so where is all the Mara Jade death wank? I wish I knew - if you find it point me to it! I've seen a couple of folks who were upset about it but nothing like I was expecting.

I say good riddance to her. I gave up on the EU after that crappy Courtshit (not a typo) of Princess Leia but I am tempted to read this just to laugh. LOL

I was expecting mega-wank as the bashers gloated and the fen rose up in arms. Possibly the bashers are gloating in SEKRIT, or perhaps fandom is sick to the teeth of the Mara Wars. (There's hope for the Harmoanians yet, perhaps.)

I gave up on the EU long ago as well, but I can't help feeling a little glad a period has been put to her existence. :)

Sorry, I just loathe her and aside from a few people I've never found others who agree with me. LOL If they're gloating in sekrit I am bummed - I want to be a part of it. LOLOL

Well, I expect Soul of the Jedi must be gloating, but their boards have been locked for years now. And possibly gloatation is happening under flock somewhere.

Perhaps SW fandom is too diffuse (compared to HP, the wankiest fandom in the world, it doesn't have much of a centre), or perhaps only 18 die-hard Mara-lovers are continuing to read the EU.
