I switched to BT wireless for the laptop, wired for the PC. I had problems getting connected initially; once they saw it couldn't be sorted in a few minutes they rang me back at my convenience and spent an hour and a half getting things to work properly. I'm happy with the service.

I changed to BT because my daughter too had good service from them.

We generally don't have any trouble with BT once it's up and running; the trouble is getting it that way. I think cable is cheaper in the city, anyway.

I'm on NTL wireless and have been for 7 years (oh the days of 512 broadband) and touch wood, it's still going strong.
