I think Saddam should get an open and fair trial. (Preferably somewhere that practices capital punishment). Probably giving him to the Iraqis will have less chance of making a martyr out of him. I'm sure there are some who'd have no objections to finishing him off. You notice he's not off blowing himself up for the Muslim cause (Neither are Bin Laden or Arafat, come to that. always the same)
