Gakked from everyone, practically:

Name a character and I'll give you three or more "facts" from my personal fanon about that character.

My fandoms: Doctor Who, Star Wars, Harry Potter, BSG, assorted SF and children's books (check my interests), probably some others I've forgotten....

Heh, yeah. Someone as forceful as Ginny needs someone like, well, Harry.

Oooh, I was hoping you'd do this one. Gregor and Keitin, please?

(Actually, I would also love to know what Gregor and Keitin would make of each other if they ever found themselves in the same universe)

Oh crap, have I failed to review again? Sorry - I loved Rebel Heart when I read it and am planning to have a good long re-read now I've found it again. I really liked the feeling of immersion in the universe of the first three films, and it scratched a fic itch for me that doesn't get gratified much - the 'ordinaryish person's story woven around events I'm already familiar with' fic. I love those terribly, and they're so hard to find, possibly because people think they're going to get accused of Mary Sueing if they do it.

Also I ship Luke/Keitin like a very shippy thing.

I wondered what Keitin would make of a benevolent emperor!

That should probably be put in the rather backhanded context of me generally really not warming to peoples' OC Luke-partners. I was never that sure even about the one Barbara Hambly wrote, and usually she can persuade me of pretty much anything, and I never had any time for Mara Jade at all, possibly because she just reminded me far too much of the string of ubercompetent, uberfoxy and ubertortured characters one of the players in my Tuesday games had a string of in the early 90s. Keiten just wandered in and was like 'Hi, I'm canon', though.

I definitely found it through your LJ but I can't remember whether we'd friended each other or not - I think I was just on a random 'oooh, people who have Antonia Forest as an interest' trawl.

You've almost persuaded me to go off and write "Luke and Keiti Live Together in a Nicle Little Temple and Have Ten Jedi Babies"

Hee! Little Shmi, Little Bayle, Little... uh, did Leia's adoptive mother ever get a name beyohd 'Mrs Organa'?

Seriously, I don't know why SW hasn't got a uterine replicator when they're so good with prosthetic hands and stuff.

Maybe they were invented by Darth Plageous before he moved on to 'Violating Medical Ethics By Means Of The Dark Side Of The Force' and therefore got tainted by association?

Are there a lot of Skywalker relatives going bad in the EU? I haven't read much of it at all, mostly books borrowed at random from friends, and I gave up after I started realising how very much I didn't believe in Han having a previous True Love before Leia. In my head she was the One (uh, not in any Matrixy sense) and that's that.

Heh. Especially Martha's reaction - that's becoming my personal canon.

Likes Jaffa cakes. Hurrah for Jaffa Cakes! I love them too,

As an only child myself, I was always fascinated by Patrick's onlyness. I have no idea about his future either!
